Anthony F. Ferrara

An athletic trainer and nutritionist who’s worked in the health and fitness field for well over 20 years. After college Anthony worked in Sports Medicine for the NCAA (Division I), his local high school and physical therapy clinics, as well as worked at several off-season training camps (including working with professional athletes from the NFL and MLB). While head exercise physiologist in a cardiac rehabilitation unit, he mentored several patients to make lifestyle changes to their nutrition and begin healthy exercise habits.

Anthony has a bachelor’s degree and several certifications in the medical, health and fitness fields, including nutrition. He has been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years through various certifying institutions, and is currently certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He’s even taught a personal training certification course. In addition, he has been trained through Cenegenics Medical Institute as an exercise and nutrition consultant for age management medicine.
